What you'll be doing:You'll be partnering two of the National Trust's Executive Team members and their senior teams (Curation & Experience and Communications & Marketing), supporting them through the ongoing development of their teams, coaching people to be the best they can be, actively being involved in organisational design, while playing your part in rolling out our Inclusive Culture Leadership Development Programme.

You'll be a credible, experienced HR professional, able to come in and immediately build strong partnering relationships. You'll work as part of a wider People Business Partner team, so collaboration and teamwork are key.
