**About the role**

- We're looking for an Interim Head of People to join our team from April 2023, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality HR services across the whole employee lifecycle whilst also delivering trusted HR partnering and advice to senior leaders and management. The remit is managing Talent Acquisition and Partnering team focused on attraction and resourcing and providing quality, trusted partnering to our services and senior leaders.
- As part of the senior leadership team and reporting to the Director of People you will support the development and delivery of our People Strategy.**Interviews for this role are expected to take place week commencing 30**

**About you**
We are a high growth organisation; our company culture and people are at the heart of our business. We need someone who can demonstrate relevant experience in this area, along with excellent people management skills, and good analytical and project management capability. You need to have a wide breadth of HR skills to including employment law and managing complex ER cases, experience of talent acquisition and resourcing and TUPE.

- This is an interim position for 9-12 months, 37 hours per week, hybrid working, working on site from our Bowburn office and ability to work from home.**Who are we**

**Vacancy Salary Range**
- £45,000 - £52,500
