**The person and the role**:
An innovative Teaching Assistant to work within a vibrant and dedicated 11-16 mixed, comprehensive school in Guildford where SEN students are educated both in targeted small groups and in their mainstream classroom.

You will be working with children that present with behavioural issues and need support, mentoring and guidance to help them build life skills, develop healthy relationships and make decisions that are right for them.

You will need to have:

- Good organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability and desire to encourage and inspire others
- A mature attitude
- Reliability and resilience

Hours are from 08h30 to 15h30 and this would be Monday to Friday at a rate of between £75 and £85 per day.
