Sonomatic RAIS is currently seeking to hire a Rope Access Multi-Disciplined NDT Technician to join our team up in St Fergus.

**Main responsibilities**
- To carry out required Inspection working either on your own or as part of a Team.
- Carrying out Rope Access duties.
- To carry out a variety of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Visual Inspection Techniques on components, pipework and structures in accordance with specified procedures and/or work pack requirements.
- Work to all rope access Audit systems
- Setting up and calibrating NDT equipment.
- Ensure that Inspection & Rope Access activities are completed in a timely manner within the procedural guideline, written schemes and RAMS.
- Ensure all results are reported in a timely manner, accurately and follow Sonomatic’s work instructions and procedures and in-line with clients’ codes and specifications.
- Ensure all work scope and site documentation is completed accurately and processed as per procedure.
- Effective communication with others including peers, project managers and the client.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Minimum of x3 PCN LII NDT Tickets, UT 3.1 is essential
- IRATA Level I or II Certification required.
- At Least 3 Years experience in a similar position.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of rope access & NDT techniques.
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
- Have good communications skill to effectively communicate with others including the client
- Be competent in general IT including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint

**Safety**
- Comply with Sonomatic & Clients HSEQ procedures and standards.
- Comply with relevant statutory regulations and legislation.
- Comply with RAMS and able to identify additional hazards and associated risks.
- Ensure operational safety of all equipment.

**Salary**: £30.14 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
