**Nurse Assessor**

**£35,000 - £36,000**

**FAO - RN, RMN, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, Pharmacist, Speech and Language Therapist, or Paramedic**

**Essential**
- 2 full years of post-registration experience
- Have a fully registered (no restrictions) NMC, HCPC or GMC pin
- Have experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience writing assessments

**Responsibilities**
- Writing reports
- Carry out patient assessments to determine how their health condition or disability affects their lives on a day-to-day basis
- Carry out an investigative review and analysis to enable you to complete a detailed and structured report
- Identify the probable timescales over which a health condition or impairment may affect the client and how long they may require assistance
