**Creative Content Writer - 6 Month Contract**

We're looking for a bright, creative writer who is passionate about story telling, creating content for innovative learning and development solutions, ideally this role would suit someone who loves immersing themselves in multi facetted projects.

We believe this role would appeal to someone who loves learning new things, craves a variety of work in a fast paced environment, has a natural desire to push through challenges and work outside of their comfort zone.

**Responsibilities include (not limited to)**:

- Working closely with & reporting to our Commercial Business Director, you will be part of an innovative focused, friendly team, having the opportunity to work with our international clients.
- Typically you will be creating a mixture of content no two days are the same You will contribute to regular meetings, create and deliver client briefs, discussions documents, sales proposals, and SOW's, both client-side and in-house.
- Consistent and accurate writing style, ability to work with varied brand guidelines and tone of voice.

**You will have**:

- 3+ years experience of writing and content development within an agency or publishing setting, ideally within a learning and development environment.
- A degree in English, journalism, creative writing, or a similar field.
- Experience and working knowledge of how innovative ideas and creative content fits within each stage of the buyer's journey.
- The skill to translate complex learning ideas into compelling stories with clear narratives, presenting Compass Partnership as the 'supplier of choice'.
- Demonstrate work based creative writing for a large large commercial organisation, ideally with global reach.
- Exceptional written and spoken English, including outstanding grammar and meticulous eye for detail.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
