Role Description
Your main challenges
Preparation and joining of components in line with exact specifications, quality requirements and standards identified during initial training and specified in technical manuals.
Completing work in a orderly and safe manner, giving full consideration to Health & Safety/COSHH legislation.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
Maintain to the highest standard all equipment and tools.
What we look forYour education and experience
Experience in fabrication and working in a fabrication environment would be desirable, although not essential as training will be provided. Practical ability with an eye for quality and a customer minded approach.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths.
Good understanding of and operates to, the company safe system of work.
Must have excellent communication skills and be detailed and methodical in approach to tasks.
Assist with training of less experienced colleagues and customers if required.
May be required to drive a fork-lift truck.
Working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
