- Proven experience as a dance instructor or professional dancer
- Extensive knowledge of different dance styles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively teach and motivate students of all ages
- Patience and understanding when working with beginners or students with varying abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
- Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons, choreography, and events
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Availability teach private lessons
