Exam Invigilator

We are looking for Invigilators to join the Exam team to provide a robust exam service to students, ensuring compliance to all relevant rules and regulations.

Invigilators will report directly to the Senior Exams Officer, and will be responsible for the preparation of exam rooms for online and paper-based exams and conducting the exam in a professional manner in line with JCQ and other Awarding Bodies, including the collection and returning of scripts.

We are looking for individuals who are highly organised and can work quickly and accurately. Good IT skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential skills.

Whilst this is a casual hours post we expect availability in January, May and June. Please note you will receive intensive training to support you in this function and the processes. There are also opportunities to be involved in the enrolment of new students after the main exam season is complete.
