**Inventory Clerk**

**Purpose of the Role**:
To be a custodian of the brand, to effectively meet our customers’ needs, and to help build a growing, profitable, sustainable Kärcher.

To manage the stock in external locations including overseeing perpetual inventory checks and reduction of excess, slow/non-moving, discontinued and provisioned lines held. To keep sales channels informed of the equipment available for sale via the KUE website and to ensure inventory KPI information is up to date ready for regular monthly review.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:
**Main Tasks**
- To oversee perpetual inventory checks in line with company policy for external storage locations including Kärcher Ireland
- Ensuring any stock adjustments are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- To compile monthly graphs to show the status of a number of stock KPI’s ready for review in a monthly inventory meeting
- Providing stock reports to location owners as requested (serial number / stock lists)
- Updating the Kärcher Used Equipment (KUE) website ensuring that only product available is listed for sale
- To maintain the status of machines sold via KUE on the OneView system
- Processing of relocations of stock for demonstration
- Working with external location owners to identify and reduce the amount of excess, slow/non-moving, discontinued and provisioned lines held
- To create and assign new storage locations on SAP and complete initial stock training for new starters
- Monthly reconcile of stock held with our rework partner ensuring scrap and parts usage is correctly recorded
- Assisting DSV with relocation queries from external locations
- To add hoc reports and projects as and when requested by Head of Inventory

**Your qualifications and experience are**:

- GCSE A-C (9-4) or equivalent in Maths & English
- Understanding of stock movements within an inventory system
- Knowledge of SAP- Desirable
- Clear communication, both written and verbal and Microsoft experience especially in Excel
- Experience in inventory Stock counts and investigations
- Desirable
- A data focussed and process driven individual
- Able to attend meetings off site or outside of work hours if required
- Driving License
- Desirable
