We are looking for exceptional people to join our Celebrant Registrar teams at Huddersfield and Dewsbury Town Halls.

You will be required to conduct and register marriages, civil partnerships, and other ceremonies, in accordance with agreed standards.

If you’ve got the confidence and the poise, we’ll teach you all you need to know.

Be wowed at our 34 beautiful venues, where emotions will run high and where your calm, assuring manner will guide our couples through their vows.

You’re in the spotlight - it can feel a little pressured; you’ll be resilient but with initiative, and can work accurately to the legal framework in which you will be trained.

Your time keeping will be excellent

The hours of work will vary, as much of our work is seasonal. Expect to work lots in the Summer and less in the Winter. We rota three months in advance, so you have good notice.

We have 4 posts; working patterns could be one of the following and you can determine your preference if successful:

- Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Bank Holidays (2 posts)
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays (1 post)
- Monday to Sunday and Bank Holidays (1 post)- ***
