Warehouse Sample Processor

The Recruitment Crowd have recently partnered with a market leading client based in the Elland area. We are looking for Warehouse Opeatives/Sample Processors.

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 0900hrs until 1700hrs

**Pay Rate**: £10.50

**Job Type**:Temp to Perm

**The role**:

- Locate products in warehouse using customer orders, ensuring correct product is selected for order
- Liaise with Stock Controller
- Ensure all sample requests are actioned within agreed timescale
- Generate delivery paperwork via stock management system
- Create/generate/amend product labels via labelling system
- Ensure all client instructions are followed
- Liaise with Office
- Decanting chemicals of all descriptions in the laboratory using appropriate safety equipment
- Review COSHH/H&S guidelines prior to repack
- Create/generate/amend labels
- Dye Room and Clean Room
- Prepare and process following customer instructions
- Return unused samples/stock to their warehouse locations.
- Keep lab/warehouse clean and tidy at all times
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Use stock system - adjustments/transfers/disposal
- Liaise with couriers/hauliers in the absence of goods-in person.

**Requirements**:

- Be able to reliably commute to and from Elland for this role
- Have experience with manual handling and be able to work with strict deadlines
- Have experience within a chemical environment (desirable but not essential
- Be able to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Be a team player, self-motivated, organised and have attention to detail
- Basic computer literature is desirable but not essential as training is given.
