We are looking to welcome a Business Development Manager into our team in Brentwood. As Business Development Manager you will play an active role in generating new leads / business development opportunities for our Tracker system. In addition, you will alsohelp increase our client base to grow its revenue stream and promote the wider Creditor Solutions products and services to clients and prospective businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promotion of the Tracker system through product demonstrations and, where applicable involving other teams within Creditor Solutions to cross-sell services.
- Contribute to the positive morale, whilst coaching the team to enable successful market outcomes.
- Working with internal stakeholders in the RSM Group, acting as first point of contact to promote the system to our existing client base.
- Prospect for potential new clients, load new client details to internal systems, complete onboarding process for Partner approval and all other associated compliance.
- Achieve individual and departmental targets for Tracker appointments and sales by marketing the system to clients and external firms for a variety of sectors.

- Ability to think strategically with strong analytical skills.
- Listens / questions effectively to gain a thorough understanding of what is required, able to share knowledge effectively.
