**Role**: Reliability Lead

**Location**: Wombourne

**Hours of work**:
Working Hours - 08:00am to 17:00pm - Mon
- Fri

Rest breaks - 2 x 15 minutes

Lunch Break - 1 Hour

Total Working Hours - 40 hours

**About the role**:

- Day to day management and leadership of ERIKS on-site reliability services.
- Continually Improve defined lubrication and condition monitoring routes.
- Manage and drive IOT notifications from Smart Asset Management database.
- Reporting asset defects to the client and entering notifications on the client’s ERP system.
- Demonstrating and promoting Health and Safety in the workplace - felt leadership.
- Continually Improve Safe Systems of Work including - RAMS, COSSH and records [TDS, SDS & allergen certification].
- Attend daily engineering meetings - reporting on ERIKS reliability activities, commenting on applicable downtime occurrences, maintenance notifications and HSEQ observations.
- Attend weekly reliability meeting with the client to review Bad Acting Assets, provide reliability insights and tracking corrective actions.
- Attend regular meetings with ERIKS Remote Monitoring Centre team to review performance of plant assets and telemetry, implementing actions on Smart Asset Management dashboard.
