About the job Photo Support/Driver (Jura)

**1 x PHOTO SUPPORT (Jura) Permanent Position**

**(Ideally based within the Exeter or Taunton area)**

This role will require flexibility, initiative and the ability to adapt as the role will involve visiting our photo concessions across a pre-determined area on a weekly basis in line with the needs of each concession. You will be working with several types of photo processing equipment and will be an ambassador for the Max Spielmann (and Timpson Group) brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To replenish and re-stock the photo concessions and ensure adequate supplies of consumables are maintained, ensuring down time is kept to a minimum and each concession is running at optimum usage.
- To carry appropriate stock and keep spares to ensure material usage is optimised.
- To carry out cash removals and deposits to the Company Policy
- To report necessary machinery repairs and conduct basic repairs as part of the concession maintenance.
- To ensure the concession is in good condition and is clean and ready for the customer.
- To ensure that any seasonal point of sale signage is visible and in good repair.
- To be helpful and friendly towards all colleagues and customers, to provide them with a fast, efficient and friendly service.
- To be smart in appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge and to leave the concession more tidy than you found it.
- To log your visit and plan a return visit. Logging by taking a photo before leaving each concession.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Store Manager and store colleagues who you meet as part of your role.
- To deal effectively with all the relevant paperwork.

**Key Requirements**:

- Good basic understanding of computers
- Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.
- Must be flexible, reliable and be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must have some technical ability
- Must have full clean driving license and adhere to the requirements of our company car policy.
- You must live within the designated concession area.

**How success is measured**:

- Customer feedback and feedback from the customer service department for each concession.
- Levels of concession down-time
- Frequency of customer refunds
- Efficiency of the concessions on your area
- Spot checks of sites

The role attracts the use of a Company Van, as travel is required within the area, with occasional overnight stopovers.
