**Your role and responsibilities**

The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive design service across the group for multiple channels, on and offline. Reporting to the Lead Graphic Designer and part of the content marketing team, you will be working with the brand guidelines and their evolution to establish design controls, repositories and marketing asset management to facilitate the needs of the marketing team and the wider business.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of three years of experience in a busy graphic design team.
- Working across a range of stakeholder requirements to supply design solutions that align to the brand guidelines, across Linnaeus, Primary Care and Referral practices.
- Work closely with the content marketing team to support requirements fed through the business partners from the practices.
- Management of time and deliverables will be key to ensure all requirements can be prioritised and delivered aligned to SLAs.

**Key responsibilities**

To support the marketing team and the practices within the group to:

- Design and develop compelling marketing campaign concepts to work across multiple channels.
- Design and develop a wide range of marketing collateral for inclusion on the brand portal including newsletters, brochures, leaflets, stationary, business cards, display material, exhibition material and branded merchandise.
- Design and develop a comprehensive suite of digital marketing assets including e-dm, e-newsletter animated digital assets.
- Support the design, development and maintenance of websites and microsites working with third parties where appropriate.
- Support digital development in SEO, Google advertising and PPC campaigns together with third parties where appropriate.
- Supporting the marketing team in designing and developing a marketing toolkit that supports the individual practices within the group.
- Devise photography and multimedia briefs and oversee execution.

You will take design from brief through to production and help source third-party print and digital reproduction.

As well as creative flare, we're looking for someone who's up to date with all the technicalities of the digital marketing world and can help work with external partners where outsourcing is sought.

You'll be a self-starter who can work on their own and as part of a small team and will take the initiative to make recommendations and come up with ideas. There may be occasional travel to practice sites across the UK to develop design briefs for specific practice needs.
