**Role Summary**:
As part of our ongoing brand refresh and commitment to pushing creative boundaries, we are expanding our in-house creative team. We are seeking a versatile and passionate Digital Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of our brand / sub-brands where you will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs for various digital platforms and marketing materials.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with members of our Creative & Marketing Team, and wider stakeholders, creating design concepts for a diverse range of projects including marketing campaigns, service collateral, websites / digital platforms, and social media content.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into engaging visual designs, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication.
- Utilise industry-standard software tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop within the Adobe Suite to execute outstanding design projects.
- Create engaging animations and videos.
- Work with our wellbeing leads across the business to develop health and wellbeing content that resonates with our clients.
- Stay up to date with design trends and contribute fresh and innovative ideas to our creative endeavours.
- Maintain a high standard of design quality and meet project deadlines.

**Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the creative field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphic software.
- A creative industry degree is preferred but not essential.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and successful projects.
- A passion for pushing creative boundaries and contributing to the growth of the Optima brand.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork both within the creative team and across departments.
- Availability to work on-site at our Towcester office in Northamptonshire, UK, at least 3 days a week. Full-time availability is preferred.
