We are a property management company with three employees and also have a construction company involved in the building and maintenance of residential flats with six employed builders. Although a small company we are a growing company and your role willbe key to the development and growth.
You would be working with the Directors being involved in decision making processes as well as working on your own, co-co-ordinating between suppliers and customers. There will be many opportunities for you to show your talents, with various and varied tasksneeded to be performed. Your main responsibilities - 1). Managing the office involved with general secretarial duties/support carrying out adhoc tasks where necessary.
2). Research and information tasks, proof reading, review producing draft reports.
3). Support the Directors and wider team where necessary.
4). Manage new leases with tenant check ins and check outs to process and report. Dealing with tenant enquiries.
5). Implementation of new property management system.
6) Dealing with Health and Safety, risk assessment and other legal compliance issues.
Key Skills Needed - 1). You will need the ability to work as part of a team and to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
2). Have previous experience within a similar role.
3). IT literate on all Microsoft office with experience in document handling and processing. Any further computer knowledge a bonus.
4). Excellent customer service skills, can do approach being self motivated.
5). Good communicator both written and verbally.
Your employment will be part time four to five hours per day with two to three days per week. Your working hours can be flexible to morning or afternoons. You will be located at our Shepherds Bush Office W12 with a starting salary of £20.00 per hour. Youmay also be needed at our Harlow office (optional) or on site to clarify and help in processing your reporting.
