My client is an industry focused B2B SAAS business with a portfolio of products and solutions with a strong appetite for growth.
They are looking for a Marketing Manager to scale up their marketing efforts for their flagship product. This is a newly created opportunity and has scope for a driven marketer who wants to make an impact.
If you are B2B SaaS marketer from a demand generation driven background and are looking to make both a strategic and tactical impact, full budget control and have influence to be part of a growth journey this role will be perfect for you.

**Location**:Remote 1st but regular travel will be required for meeting and collaboration days in brand new offices in Southeast England Expenses will be paid for travel.

**Duties for Marketing Manager**:

- End to end marketing campaign management across multiple channels (traditional and digital)
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budget
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns to build pipeline within identified target accounts/industries
- Define ideal customer profiles and develop creative, innovative, and engaging messaging
- Plan, execute and measure A/B tests, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Manage marketing campaign launch and timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimisation
- Define and track campaign metrics to ensure business impact measured by named account pipeline (sourced/influenced), database growth, data accuracy for named accounts, and account/person engagement scores
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the sales team in order to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Communicate marketing campaign strategy and results with stakeholders

**The ideal Marketing Manager will have**:

- Experience with B2B SAAS (a must have)
- Experience of executing commercial, outcome, driven end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to work at C level
- Enjoyment in working in a collaborative and project orientated culture
- Will thrive within a test, measure, and improve culture
- Passion to make a difference to work in a fast-paced team.
