- £22 per hour plus a range of FE sector-exclusive benefits
- Part-time role - 32.5 hours per week
- Option to work 4.5 days per week, or alternate between a 5 day and then a 4 day week
- Temporary contract - ongoing, with immediate start
- Provide confidential one-on-one interviews to support students in their career goals
- Collaborate with the Careers Manager, other Careers Advisers, and partners to plan, write, and deliver career education programs for students
- Contribute to the compilation and analysis of destination data in coordination with the Careers Manager, the Head of Student Hub, and tutors
- Organise career enrichment activities and events, such as University visits and Employment Fairs, focusing on apprenticeships, higher education, employment, and training

**A bit about you**
- Degree plus qualification in Careers Guidance (Level 6 careers

equivalent) or a Level 6 in Careers Guidance Qualification
- Experience in post-16 career guidance, including all relevant aspects
- Knowledge and understanding of academic and vocational curricula for 14-19-year-olds and adults
- The capacity to collaborate efficiently and harmoniously with various staff teams, including tutors and support staff
- Proficient communication and counseling skills when dealing with students.
- Effective coordination and communication with external agencies
