Prospect Hospice has an exciting opportunity for a clinical administrator to provide support to our clinical teams who deliver exceptional end of life care to patients and families at our hospice in Wroughton. The role is offered on a two-year fixed-term contract basis.

At Prospect Hospice we are passionate about providing our employees with a supportive and engaging environment. In a recent staff survey 100% of staff said they would be happy with the standard of care provided if a friend or relative needed treatment and 98% find the work they do has meaning and purpose.

**Hours: 28 hours per week (currently Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 4.30 pm).**:
**(Flexibility may be required to work across 7 days in the future as the service requires)**:
**What is the role?**:
You will be responsible for providing full administrative support across all of our clinical services, providing excellent customer service to patients, carers and healthcare professionals. The role will involve managing the administration of patient referrals, ensuring that patient records are maintained accurately, managing all incoming/outgoing correspondence as well as data collection and reporting.

You will need to be compassionate when taking calls and be able to take precise messages to accurately assess the priority level and timely route management to the relevant clinical team.

If you have excellent administration and customer service skills and are looking for a role that really makes a difference to the community around you, then this could be the job for you.

Experience of working in a busy clinical administration setting an advantage.
