Bridal Consultant

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the prom/bridesmaid boutique
- Assist customers in finding their dream dress
- Guide clients through the shopping experience, from selecting dresses to fittings and alterations
- Use effective communication skills to understand and fulfill the needs and preferences of each client
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls and scheduling appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring dresses are properly displayed and accessories are readily available
- Stay up-to-date with current bridal fashion trends and designers
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the overall shopping experience

**Qualifications**:

- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and follow-up with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating discounts or alterations costs
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, especially in a retail or bridal setting
