- Previous experience as a painter in automotive industry.
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to read colours cods,
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in painting,
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift objects for extended periods of time
