£14 per hour
Loughton, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm**

My client, a well-established construction business based in Loughton is seeking an Administration Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with the view of being made permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

- Adding jobs onto the system
- Liaising with engineers and allocating works
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Closing off jobs on the system
- Liaising with customers regularly and updating them on the progress of works
- Chasing contractors
- Providing excellent customer service skills
- Ad hoc duties
- Have previous customer service experience
- Be forward thinking with the ability to use initiative
- Have excellent IT skills, especially Excel
- Be adaptable and hardworking
- Have the ability to multitask
