Mobile Game Producer

**Senior Producer**:

- **Mobile Gaming Studio** - **Fully Remote** OR **Hybrid** working in **UK** OR **Europe**

**What we are looking for**:

- Your role is to drive teams to plan, commit and execute the roadmap established by the Product team to a high quality within time constraints and within budget.
- You will work closely with your peers and manager to ensure the development teams have what they need to do so and ensure nothing gets in their way.
- Your focus will be to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the GameDev team in collaboration with the Lead Designers.
- Overall, you will build the backlog with the teams, ensure it is refined and scoped, and assess what it will take to consume it.

**What you will do..**
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day of the team, ensure focus, pace and delivery
- Manage sprints, backlog, refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives
- Measure and report production KPIs such as velocity to feed our projections
- Identify, track and mitigate issues and risks to the development
- Triage, prioritise and allocate tasks with the Leads
- Turn high level features into actionable tasks for the team
- Facilitate communication between disciplines, teams and individuals, both written, verbal and visual to keep all in sync
- Support the Head of Game Operations by taking on special projects (e.g. outsourcing partner selection, process definition, etc.)
- Audit, manage and improve Processes / Pipelines / Teams performance.
- Managing releases in collaboration with PMs, QAs, DevOps
- Evangelise the “Operations” mindset (commit and deliver) across the teams

**What you will bring.**
- Experience as a Producer developing mobile games from concept to LiveOps and an understanding of the challenges involved in maintaining, iterating and scaling a game
- Clear understanding of Agile development using methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban etc.
- Strong management skills (project, teams, performance, risks, etc.)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience handling multi-disciplinary feature teams developing towards specific deadlines and delivering to world class quality
- Effectiveness at driving order out of uncertainty, excellent prioritisation and decision making skills, dealing with ambiguity effectively for self and others
- Influential communication skills through in-person and written communication channels. You are a team collaborator and meeting facilitator
- Great communication skills and a clear, logical thought process to communicate with different stakeholders
- A passion for video games and an extensive understanding of the industry

- Experience managing cross disciplines teams of 20+ individuals
- JIRA and Confluence certifications
- Degree or certifications in Project Management or Game Production

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
