C Fraser Engineering is a growing, family-run organisation, providing a diverse range of fabrication and engineering services to a variety of industries across the North of Scotland.

We are looking for an experienced welder/fabricator to assist with all types of stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium welding and fabrication, based within an engineering workshop near Brodie.

Applicants should be able to work from detailed engineering drawings, be conscientious and able to produce high quality products. Additionally, individuals must work accurately, with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to employ initiative when problem solving. We often carry out onsite work, so applicants must also be flexible and confident working in different environments.

The below additional attributes would be advantageous, but are not essential:

- Experience of TIG welding
- Experience of Pipework
- Experience in maintaining, servicing and repairing machinery and equipment

Day to day tasks will vary, but generally include:

- Safe operation of workshop machinery
- Carry out designated tasks to a high standard
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings
- Onsite maintenance and installation work

**Work schedule**: Dayshifts Monday to Friday, with availability for weekend work, nightshift cover, and overtime.

**Work location**:Workshop based near Brodie, Forres - as well as regular onsite work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
