Delicious **grab and go pasta**, beautiful **coffee**, and unbeatable team spirit Coco di Mama is looking for many **Team Members** to join our wonderful team.

Starting rate up to **£12.00 per hour.**

At Coco di Mama, Team Member Flex welcomes, advises and inspires the customers with their choice of products. They are also the keepers of a great environment, ensuring that customers experience excellent service in a clean and organised environment throughout the customers' stay. Team Member Flex also prepares and serves our products, ensuring quality and food safety standards are always followed. Proactive in their approach, they actively seek opportunities in the shop to improve service standards and sales and will happily carry out any reasonable instruction from their manager.

A great Team Member Flex has excellent communication and organising skills. They possess an ability to work quickly, and cleanly and have a flexible approach to the job. They are driven by a positive “can do” approach and always prioritise the customer.

Moreover:

- Be covering any shop employees' holiday or sickness, sometimes at short notice.
- **Be aware that you may need to work in multiple shops in a day, depending on the needs of the business**
- **Be fully flexible with your working hours (6am - 5.30pm) and days (Monday-Friday)**
- **Keep 3 months' records/receipts of Zone 1-2 Travel cards which will be expensed a period ahead - this period will be decided with your Ops manager and will exclude personal holidays/long-period absences.**

**The Team Member role is one of the most important positions at Coco di Mama The main duties include**:

- Ensuring you deliver excellent customer service
- Maintaining presentation in store
- Consistently meeting our excellent food production standards
- Adhering to our high health and safety standards
- Work together with your team to be part of a fun, productive and exciting work environment
