**The children, staff and governors are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Attendance Officer with the enthusiasm, drive and skills to effectively ensure, that all children are admitted to school and attend regularly and contribute **to raising achievement by improving school attendance. Based in the main school office, this will include liaising with parents/carers and to assist in the administrative processes, used within our school front office.**

**We are looking for someone who**:

- values every child and the religious/cultural diversity of our school
- can contribute to raising achievement by improving school attendance
- can ensure children are admitted to school and attend regularly
- can provide specific attendance support in school and with external agencies
- is able to demonstrate a very high standard of verbal, written & analytical skills
- can assist in the school office administrative procedures and systems
- is able to demonstrate a high standard of customer service experience and skills
- Is well motivated, friendly & sympathetic to staff, parents and children.
