**Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

**What Are We Looking For**:
We are seeking a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT who embodies dedication, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. **No prior experience is required** as you will receive first-class in house training, but a positive attitude and internal drive will be crucial to your success

**Impact Academy - What is it?**

**Our groundbreaking Impact Academy **is designed to provide you with** comprehensive training and support**. Led by industry experts, the program equips you with the necessary skills and strategies to thrive in the recruitment field.

After 6-12 months of dedicated work and successful completion of

the Impact Academy, you'll transition into a SALES role. In this capacity,

**Here your responsibilities will include**:

- An opportunity to brand yourself and be the consultant you want to be
- Business development calls / activity
- Face to face visits and school tours with key decision makers
- Being self-motivated but also a great team player
