Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association in the Northeast to recruit for a Surveyor on a fixed term contract.

The duties will include:

- Complete full property damp and mould assessments in tenanted properties
- Conduct a condition survey in order to establish the condition of the residence
- Complete inspections & reports per day

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

- Damp & mould inspection experience
- HNC or HND qualification
- Own transport (mileage paid)
