**Are you a Speech Pathologist and are thinking of moving abroad? We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team located in South East Queensland, Australia**

**We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our multi disciplinary team and work within the NDIS in a community role. We offer a genuinely flexible working environment, a strong collaborative team culture and weekly team events.**

Our tailored on-boarding program enables a smooth and supportive transition into the role. This enables clinicians to work effectively with a broad range of NDIS participants and is followed by weekly supervision.

Our orientation process places an emphasis on evidence-based practice, assessment and intervention. This program has access to an extensive list of physical, online and iPad bested resources. This helps clinicians to make therapy planning and AAC trials more straight forward and efficient in both the community and our Miami clinic. This role will be servicing a caseload in the northern GC and southern Brisbane area.

We provide extensive access to both internal and external professional development opportunities. This is tailored to your experience, caseload and areas of interest. Caseloads are further tailored to suit clinical areas of interest as skills are further developed. We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with an interest in the disability sector. - Delivering high quality speech pathology services within a multidisciplinary team

- Develop practical clinical knowledge and expertise through teamwork and professional development activities
- Assessing a clients support needs and assisting them as suitable

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Proficient communication and organisational skills
- The ability to think creatively, think outside the box and rise to a challenge
- Demonstrates efficiency and competence with speech pathology processes and frameworks

**We offer a remuneration package potentially in excess of $100,000 (dependant on experience). This package includes a vehicle allowance, computer, mobile phone & superannuation.**

**Our Mandatory Requirements are**:

- Speech Pathology Australia Registration
- Australian Visa/right to work
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology
- Criminal History Check/NDIS worker screening
- Vaccinations compatible with Queensland Health requirements
- Drivers License and Vehicle
