**The Role**:
**Clinical Education Manager - Aesthetics**
- To lead a team of 5 x Clinical Nurse Educators in the education of clients and colleagues about products offered by the company.
- In the first instance the role will be working 3 days a week with the possibility of going full time in the future.
- Ensuring that the clinics understand how to use them, how to consult with patients and how to drive sales of those products in their clinics, indirectly growing the company's sales.
- Improving relationships and increasing customer retention in-line with company objectives.
- Lead clinical team meetings; attend sales meetings and events as required.
- Propose, develop and implement approved Clinical policies and procedures.
- Team performance -drive, monitor and document performance for self and team; develop and implement KPIs & produce reports for senior management as agreed.
- Recruit, train and retain high performing clinical staff members.
- Record, analyse, report, update and administer relevant systems and company information requirements include feedback gathering and analysis.
- Ensure the Clinical team delivers high quality effective services for the delivery of workshops; training at client sites or training venues where appropriate.
- Train client contact staff of all levels in product knowledge appropriate to their role.
- Deliver clinical support to field sales as and when required.
- Provide onsite demonstrations and training at client sites or training venues.
- Be the go to expert on relevant clinical data and ensure sales team are well versed on all data relating to key lines and can transfer this knowledge to their day to day function.
- Provide feedback to Sales on opportunities and risks.
- Provide clinical competitor information and market intel.
- Ensure the sales team and marketing fully understand the clinical aspects of key product lines in order to carry out effective commercial activities.
- To manage external trainer relations and ensure full engagement including updates on workshops content and speaker requests for events.
- Plan, develop and once approved implement new clinical workshops for delivery within the HXP Academy Programme.
- To improve and adapt key line training content to maximise understanding and effective learning outcomes.
- National role but ideally looking for someone based in the South.

**The Ideal Person**:
**Clinical Education Manager - Aesthetics**
- Experienced aesthetic practitioner.
- Sound working knowledge of key company aesthetic supplies.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Acts with honesty and integrity at all times.
- First class presentation and communication skills, outgoing and friendly, self-motivated and positive.
- Able to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Clean driving licence.
