The post holder will be required to work as a competent member of the Cardiothoracic Recovery team, to assist in the high provision of care to post-operative patients. This includes assessment and evaluation of patients and following agreed care pathways. They will develop and maintain good unit management, organisation skills, participate in audits and assist with the provision of an environment conducive to the education of staff. Duties to include the cleaning, maintenance, and safe handling of equipment.
