If you’re looking to downsize, or just planning for your retirement, LiveSmart schemes are the ideal environment.
With over 6,000 Clarion residents living in our LiveSmart housing, they’re a great housing option if you’re over 55.
Each development has its own manager and it’s their job to make sure the environment is safe and secure. The manager is available to assist you in your tenancy, however they don’t provide support, nursing or home care.
On some schemes the managers are based on-site. On others they visit at set times. All homes have an alarm which is monitored 24/7.
LiveSmart gives you the comfort of a communal living environment. Many of the developments also have a programme of social events and activities.
