**Responsibilities**:
**Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting when needed**
- Supervise teams of staff in the community and mentoring
- Assist with medication when client requires this
- Help clients with daily living tasks to meet care plans
- Prepare and or provide meals
- Record daily activity and other non-medical measurements to ensure care plan is followed
- Report any changes or concerns to management
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

**Required Experience**:

- Experience in a long term care environment is required
- Ability to undertake assessments of service user needs and create care plans and risk assessments
- Able to read and understand written instructions
- Able to work at least 30-40 hours per week Monday to Friday with 6-8 of these hours on either a Saturday or a Sunday
- Must have full clean driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance to get around the community.

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
