Waitress/waiter

**Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at a rural restaurant in need of exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently

**Qualifications**:

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to upsell and recommend menu items effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
