Receptionist/telephonist

Answer all internal calls coming into the dealership, working alongside another switchboard operative

Direct each call to the relevant person or dept in a prompt and professional manner

Greet all customers in a warm manner befitting of the MercedesBenz brand

Upload photo images of our vehicles to our website

Process weekly stationery orders

Assist with other admin tasks when required

Looking after customers in upstairs lounge area and offering drinks and beverages as well as keeping this lounge area clean and tidy
