Construction Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and perform manual labor tasks.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with other general construction tasks
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

**Skills**:

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.93 per hour
