**Progress Music Academy **are looking for a part-time Piano tutor to strengthen our team.
**Description**:
All lessons are 1-2-1, students, teaching resources, equipment and students are all provided, tutors work to an agreed availabilty, predominantly here in person at the studios, or online lessons via Zoom.
Must have some experience in teaching 1-2-1 lessons from aged 6 and upwards, along with some understanding of the common music exam framework systems in place. (Preferebly Trinity Rock & Pop) and be able to read to a reasonable level. Must also be comfortable with varied style of music, although thorough training will be provided.
**Hours**:
Total hours can depend on your availabilty, but would likely require two weekday afternoon/evenings to start.
Please bear in mind that the schedule will take some time to build, although there will be students available immediately.

Owned and operated by Music Industry experts Gary Walmsley and Steve Smith and supported by a team of 14 vastly experienced tutors as is regarded as Birmingham's longest running independent music school.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
**Salary**: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
