**Salary**: £28000 - £29000

**The Company**:

- **Build recruitment** are working on behalf of a housing association who are looking for someone with a good knowledge of repairs work within domestic properties, who is a **Roofer** but also has some experience in**other trades.**

**Day to Day**:

- Work in unoccupied and occupied properties, meeting & talking with customers whilst working.
- Ensure all works are carried out to a high quality, to trade standard and compliant with health & safety legislation
- Be available to cover on rota the 'out of hours' emergency repairs service.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification (Roofing)
- Full driving licence
- Ability to give high levels of service and adopt a right first-time approach
- Awareness of health and safety
- Experience of working without daily supervision
- It's important you can work with quality and be professional and respectful to customers.
