**Overall Goal**:Assist the Regional HR Manager to provide a comprehensive HR service acting as the 1stpoint of HR contact for all staff within the UK relating to all aspects of the employment lifecycle.

**General Responsibilities & Brief: -**
- Responsible for sourcing and recruiting of all employees. From sourcing the recruitment agency, to advertising roles on the Company Website, along with the interviewing and selection processes.
- Onboarding of all new employees, preparation of offer letters and contracts of employment, requesting references and processing of all pre-employment RTW checks.
- Conduct Induction meetings with all new employees, completing all new starter documentation and ensuring Managers are aware of their responsibility in the Induction process. Liaise with the HSE department to ensure the Health and Safety Induction is carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensure electronic and paper-based personnel files are maintained and archiving is completed in a timely manner. Ensuring that all documentation is maintained in line with current GDPR guidelines.
- Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and employees on general HR related queries. Assist in formal meetings such as employee disciplinaries and grievances undertaking such tasks as may be required.
- Ensure resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner and that any outstanding leave is calculated in accordance with the employee’s terms and conditions.
- Carry out administrative duties for the HR Department, devising standard HR documents, letters and policies.
- Respond to reference requests for current and ex
- employees.
- Assist the Group HR Manager in developing and implementing new projects.
- Run the weekly payroll when the Payroll Officer is on annual leave or away from the business.
