**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The purpose of the role is to support Quality Assurance activities and regulatory compliance reporting functions in support of the Quality Assurance Manager and the company as a whole.

The role will support the deployment and improvement of the Quality Assurance Regulations Compliance based on ISO/IATF16949 standard as required across EPMC to allow them to focus on current/new Auditing/Testing activities whilst this role drives the organisation to ensure that Electrification Products comply with All Government’s Required Regulations & Standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- CoP audit plan to based on control plan that is issued from company quality (annual and monthly schedule, programme).
- Delivery of EDU & Battery to Test facility in order to meet schedule
- Interaction with Test facility to ensure CoP is completed as per regulations
- Be Part of the Quality Assurance and Plant Quality Leadership Team
- Bi-weekly Conformity of Production with Company Quality
- Assist any other tasks as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Applicants are required to be Quality orientated and Customer Focused
- Ability and initiative to work alone and under mínimal supervision is essential
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Computer Skills and numerical aptitude are required to collect, collate and communicate data to the wider business
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate an understanding of the inherent responsibilities contained within this role and the potential impact of these on the wider JLR Business
- Knowledge of the engine assembly processes
- Capability to work in teams under pressure and deliver under accelerated timeframes
- Proactive
- Ability to demonstrate being a team player and fully committed with the goals of the department
- Ability to interact, direct & influence cross-functional teams that span the organization
- Ability to demonstrate tenacity
- Experience of Conformity of Production and or regulatory requirements and adherence
