**An excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join a well-established company based in Fareham established for over 40 years.**

We are looking for qualified Small Works Estimator with a proven track record of analytical estimating and cost planning to tight deadlines. You will also need to have broad knowledge of construction methods, and experience of working with Excel.

To have a range of supplier & customer negotiations to ensure the design & specifications meet the customers’ requirements. Also check that drawings meet building regulations criteria and all elements are delivered to a tight budget

Ability to set goals and achieve them. To develop and execute projects and tasks.

Good communication skills, Office, Excel & IT are essential.

The position will be mainly office based in the office with site visits where necessary with a small friendly team.

Health & Safety knowledge would be an advantage and the ability to place material orders, RAMS and some procurement.

Salary - Depending on experience - £40k-£55k with use of company vehicle and mobile phone.

Education - HND or HNC or equivalent preferred

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
