They are now seeking a creative, hardworking and driven Customer Service Representative to join their company, where you will play a key role in the office not only in delivering customer service and sales support, but also within an administrative capacity.

The role:

- Verifying customers, placing orders, upselling and offering alternatives to out of stock items
- Proving price information, taking payments and keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
- Seeking new business customers and upselling to existing accounts
- Answering any questions and resolving any problems or complaints with customer accounts
- Maintaining the customer database
- Assisting with ad hoc events
- General Office Admin

About you:

- Customer Service experience is essential
- Good Telephone manner
- Strong knowledge of the English language spoken and written
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with the team
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Tech savvy - including competency in Excel, Word and other software
- Proactive attitude, be able to take initiative and a key team player.
- Motivation and a passion for what you do

Preferable:

- Experience of working in the jewellery and home accessories industry would be an advantage
- Experience in using Sage, Odoo ERP, and Shopify Ecommerce platform.
- EU languages

This is an office-based role with us here in Belvedere DA17, Monday-Friday 9 - 5.30pm, so would be ideal for anyone based SE London or with an easy commutable distance.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
