Private Equity Junior Accountant

**Description**
- Processing monthly supplier invoices and payment runs;
- Preparing quarterly customer recharge invoices;
- Assisting the monthly management accounting preparation process by posting supplier and customer invoices;
- Processing team expenses and preparing the monthly credit card reconciliation;
- Preparation of quarterly accounts for SPVs;
- Oversight of drawdown/distribution and quarterly reporting process run by administrators;
- Assisting with the year-end audit process for SPVs and management company;
- Updating internal portfolio management solution;
- Dealing with investor queries and stakeholder reporting.
**Skills**
- Part-qualified accountant/studier.
- Recent graduate with strong academics (2.1 or above from Top University)
- Background in Private Equity or Third Party Fund Administration is essential.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Exposure to accounting packages such as Sage and Quickbooks is beneficial.
