We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £37,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to £13.50 per hour

This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am

We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.

**On top of your salary you can** **earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).**

**About the role**:
The Rudding Park team's core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces. Responsible for executing a warm and efficient restaurant welcome. Supporting the restaurant managers with all guest bookings and guest correspondence prior to the booking. Use relevant resources to assist Restaurant Manager with organisation of table allocation and billing at end of shift.

**About you**:
To interact and communicate effectively with all team members of the restaurant and all members of the hotel team.

To inspire and develop a 'can do' attitude with multi-disciplined staff.

**To make sure any positive and/or negative guest feedback is communicated to the manager as quickly**
