Airsoft Shooting Range Instructor

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at ‘The Solid Strike Arena’ both at Lets Go and The Big Sheep.

The Solid Strike Arena brings an immersive and fully interactive Airsoft experience to the people, using state of the art equipment and replica gun systems.

As well as the above we also run ‘Battlefield Live North Devon’ This family attraction see teams go toe to toe in all out attrition, using a variety of rifle systems firing lasers across the battlefield.

The terrain consists of many natural obstacles as well as man build hideouts and bases. Also tanks and APC’s are within the grounds, giving a full on battlefield environment..

This position will require a self-motivated, reliable, and responsible person of 18 years or older due to the nature of the equipment. This person MUST be able to travel to the Big Sheep on a regular schedule.

A driving licence is essential as it may require work at both locations

As a range instructor you will be required to oversee clients of all ages and backgrounds. To conduct range briefs, on the spot training and provide ongoing support throughout each session. Safety is paramount, issuing of personal protective gear and constant people management is vital.

As part of your shift, you will be required to interact with customers, Therefore, a friendly, confident, and welcoming attitude is important.

A trial period of £9.50 p/h for the first 4weeks is mandatory, after that pay may increase depending on performance and experience.
