Youth Engagement Coach

**We are seeking to appoint a Youth Engagement Coach who can deliver high quality sport and mentor sessions that will add value to our current delivery models & improve our relationship within the local community of young people aged 8 - 18 years old. This role will consist of engaging with local youths at our evening community sessions funded by Premier League Kicks, offering football and other sport sessions as the key tool of engagement, whilst working alongside local authorities to create a stronger community.**

**Duties Include (not limited to)**:

- Work closely with the **Youth Engagement Coordinator**, to further develop our local youth offer and ensure young people attending recreational provision, continue to benefit from the Premier League Kicks project.
- ** Assist in surpassing all Premier League Kicks KPIs** and demonstrate a measurable difference for all participants to help contribute to outstanding Premier League monitoring report.
- Effectively engage with **hard-to-reach, disadvantaged, young people aged 8-18 years old at sessions**. Act as a positive role model to i**nspire, motivate and empower young people **to realise their potential.
- Utilise small group or **1-1 mentoring to engage and support young people.**
- ** Ensure participants are supported and developed** and that their progresses is documented using a variety of mediums such as; questionnaires, case studies and participant reflection forms.
- Develop professional relationships with young people based on** respect and trust**, ensuring they are in a safe place to develop their identity and place in society.
