We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our busy RISCAuthority department. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the RISCAuthority Team in the day-to-day operation of the RISCAuthority Insurer Research Scheme.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- To provide general administrative support to the RISCAuthority Scheme
- To organise and attend all RISCAuthority meetings and produce minutes accordingly.
- To act as a focal point for all day-to-day enquiries in respect of RISCAuthority business
- To assist with the preparation of annual Membership invoices.
- To assist with RISCAuthority projects as required
- To assist with the organisation of the annual RISCAuthority seminar as required
- Organisation of the RISCAuthority webinar programme
- Data set distribution and licencing
- To administer the FPA Lab facility bookings for the RISCAuthority membership

**Experience**:

- Previous administration experience
- Organisational skills
- Database & IT skills and accurate data input
- Good telephone manner
- Good record keeping
- Adherence to Procedures
- Basic Minute taking skills

**Qualifications**:

- 5 or more GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Maths

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
