**About Us**

Hilltop Kitchen is a farm to table day time venue situated in a stunning location in the surrey hills. Our kitchen works with our own farm and some of the best local suppliers to create a daily changing and creative menu. Since opening in July 2021 we have strived to provide a truly unique and outstanding experience and we are now looking to become a recognised and revered food destination in the UK.

**About the job**

As **Waiter / Waitress** you will have a fantastic personality, engaging with our customers to give them exceptional service. You will have great knowledge of your restaurant menu and will be able to make food and drink recommendations, take orders and assist with payments. A passion to deliver the highest quality service, consistently, is essential.

**About You**

Previous experience relevant to the position is an advantage.
- Have previous experience working within a quality restaurant operation (training will also be provided)
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Are attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of customers and the team
- Are excellent team players with exceptional communication skills
- Awareness of and adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
